          "Had Boelcke replace our 30yr old electric furnace with a new heat pump system. The initial install had some issues, but they were quick to come out and address them, with a thorough fix. It did not seem like they were trying to take shortcuts even though we had already paid in full. They had not initially realized that our air intakes were insufficient, and they installed new air intakes in our home free of charge. They seem very motivated to keep you happy, if anything were to go wrong in the coming years I feel confident that they will be ready to address the issue (and enforce the 10 year warranty we have on the product, typically I find that the commitment for those wanes quickly)."
